Marjo Hellman is the founder of Hellman & Co and Magnetic Executive coaching, which helps ambitious global executives become the #1 leaders in their field.

Marjo’s clients are executives, and leadership teams in Nordic and international corporations such as banks, government agencies, telecoms and tech companies. Marjo also works with individuals such as business owners, high-level decision makers and entrepreneurs, Formula 1 performance coaches and artists.

Prior to becoming a business owner, Marjo worked as a TV news journalist (MTV), as a communication consultant (Miltton, hasan & partners) and as a theatre actor.

Marjo’s award-winning communication work includes “Finland Emojis”, which is the most successful global PR campaign for Finland to date.

Marjo studied theatre at University of Surrey, London, and Executive Presence at Cornell, NY and has lived abroad for more than 10 years. She now lives in Helsinki, Finland with her family and a Bengal cat.
